Marron Bros Ltd was engaged to deliver a Doc M compliant bathroom fit-out at the National Virus Reference Laboratory, University College Dublin.
The project involved the installation of a fully accessible, regulation-compliant facility designed to meet the needs of all users. Works included mechanical and electrical modifications, specialist sanitary ware installation, grab rails, emergency pull cords, and appropriate finishes — all in accordance with Doc M standards and building regulations.
The fit-out was completed to a high standard within a live laboratory environment, requiring careful coordination, adherence to strict health and safety protocols, and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
