Dun Laoghaire Marina

Marron Bros Ltd was appointed to carry out the complete refurbishment of the changing room facilities at Dún Laoghaire Marina — one of Ireland’s premier coastal destinations.

The works involved the strip-out of existing fittings, followed by a full upgrade of the space including new mechanical and electrical installations, modern sanitary ware, bespoke joinery, and high-quality finishes throughout.

All works were completed within a live marina environment, with minimal disruption to daily operations. The result is a refreshed, functional, and durable facility that meets the needs of marina users while enhancing the overall experience for visitors.
