About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Manager to join our team at Marron Bros Ltd. The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects from initial site setup through to handover, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and programme delivery. Requirements:
Proven experience in site management within the construction industry
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and building regulations

Requirements
Oversee and manage projects from initial site setup through to final completion
Assist in the development, planning, and execution of project programmes
Determine and monitor manpower requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Manage and coordinate both subcontractors and direct site employees
Liaise with subcontractors to ensure alignment with programme timelines
Ensure all required resources, materials, and equipment are available on-site as needed
Manage and control project variations in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor
Ensure full compliance with all relevant Building Regulations, Fire Safety Codes, and statutory requirements
Uphold the highest standards of Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental practices on-site
Ensure all finishing works are delivered to an exceptional standard
Maintain responsibility for on-site Health & Safety in conjunction with the H&S Manager
Prepare and submit RFIs (Requests for Information) and technical submittals as necessary
Attend and report at regular site and project meetings
Liaise effectively with architects, engineers, surveyors, and Marron Bros management team
Perform any additional duties necessary for the efficient delivery and management of the project
